Frequently Asked Questions

We use 3 couriers for our products:

5kg & Under (Excl. Roses)
All products are sent with Yodel on a 2-to-3-day service.

5kg & Over (Incl. Roses)
All potted roses and plants over 5kg will be sent with UPS on either a 24 hour for potted roses or 48 hour service for everything else.

Please note: Items sent to the north Scotland highlands and islands etc may be sent via Royal Mail/Parcel Force.

We offer free 2 to 3 day postage on all products. Some potted products will have a free 24 hour service in summer months, this is to reduce plant stress. We do also offer the option of an express service priced at £5.95 per order.

Unfortunately, we do not allow collection of orders under any circumstances at this time.

Most of the time our plants arrived in perfect condition although sometimes damage can occur. We are on hand to help in the unlikely event this does happen. Most damaged plants only tend to require light pruning and will not harm the plant in the long run.

However, if there is catastrophic damage and plant would be unviable then this is covered by the replacement refund guarantee.

Please send photographs of your parcel and damaged goods to mail@milestonenurseries.co.uk, and a dedicated member of our team will be able to assist you.

All our preorders will state the estimated delivery time in the product description, however, this is usually within a couple of weeks to a month. We will contact you at time of dispatch.

Items can be returned but postage is at the customer’s own cost. We will not reimburse for postage unless we state otherwise. Refunds or replacements on returns will not be sent until your product has been returned to the nursery.
